Mr. Ojisan
Role: Creative Director and Photographer
Overview: Mr. Ojisan, a restaurant renowned for its Japanese cuisine, sought my expertise to revitalize their brand and imbue it with a more contemporary and modern aesthetic, aligning with their desired image.
Menu Revamp
Mr. Ojisan embarked on a dual venture to revamp their website and menu simultaneously. To kickstart both projects, one crucial element was capturing new images of their delectable dishes. We conducted an extensive photoshoot, incorporating these mouthwatering visuals into their print collateral and website. Following the successful photoshoot, I proceeded to craft their menus and establish a cohesive brand identity for all their future endeavors.
Quick Cuisine
Role: Creative Director and Photographer
Overview: Quick Cuisine, a food delivery service serving Central Oahu, Hawaii, enlisted my assistance during the initial phases of their business. My primary task was to assist in creating door hangers that would serve as advertisements for their expanding network of restaurants. Quick Cuisine encountered challenges in obtaining images of the food from their partner restaurants, and I stepped in to provide added value by addressing this issue on their behalf.
Promotion Rack Cards
To enhance the promotion of his business, we designed door hangers for his delivery drivers to leave with customers. Each card effectively showcased nearby restaurants to customers in the vicinity, simplifying the process of targeting individuals in specific regions across Hawaii.
L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Overview: L&L Hawaii Barbecue is a thriving chain of drive-in restaurants celebrated for their delicious plate lunches across the Hawaiian islands. A major challenge of this project was uniting all their franchises under one cohesive vision.
Digital Menus
My team and I were assigned the responsibility of crafting digital menus for restaurants located in Hawaii, California, and Washington. While some menu items remained consistent across all restaurants, others were tailored to each location, showcasing unique and specially crafted options.
Domino’s Pizza Hawaii
Role: Creative Director
Overview: Domino's Pizza operates as a franchise, granting us the creative freedom to infuse our marketing with cultural designs that authentically represent Hawaii. I designed several menus for their use, both in digital formats within their restaurants and in print. Despite their national presence, Domino's encouraged us to develop designs that would resonate with the diverse and welcoming culture of Hawaii.

Box Toppers
The mini ad was designed to accompany pizza deliveries, strategically placed on top of the pizza box, aimed at enticing repeat customers to avail of special deals and order pizza once more. We placed a strong emphasis on infusing the themes of Hawaii, enhancing Domino's local charm rather than its corporate identity.
